Itʼs arts education, itʼs gambling, itʼs Fifteen to One: Illiterateʼs program in which you play the odds for a chance to work with a current exhibiting artist, learning firsthand about their craft and technique. How do we choose the lucky few participants? By lottery of course! For this installment take a risk and you might just spend an afternoon making and spray painting stencils with Amanda Marie.
